All of ‘em. Everyone you saved, everyone Sammy and I saved. They’re all dead. And there’s this woman… haunting me. I don’t know why. I don’t know what the connection is, not yet anyway. It’s like my old life is like, coming after me or something. Like it doesn’t want me to be happy.‘Course I know what you’d say… Well, not that you who played softball, but… You’d say, “Go hunt the djinn. It put you here, it can put you back. Your happiness over all those people’s lives? No contest.” Right? But why? Why is it my job to save these people? Why do I have to be some kind of hero? What about us, huh? OCTOBER 5, 2000 - MAY 15, 2007Today, on this day just four years ago, the series finale episode of Gilmore Girls, the show that helped bring me up and made me who I am today, aired on the WB later to become the CW. I will never, ever forget Stars Hollow and its inhabitants because they hold a special place in my heart. It introduced me to one of my favorite people in the world and showed me most of all that in the midst of something terrible there with always be something good and true. Thank you Gilmore Girls, for changing television forever, and for always, always showing that a mother’s love never changes and that even the most broken hearts can be mended. Never forget, followers, never forget.
i am still in love with the fact that one of my favorite one tree hill scenes of all time (where lucas and peyton are in the library when she gets shot and they are waiting for somebody) was filmed in my school’s library.
